COMPUTACUT™ VTX is a new generation of back gauge controllers designed  to suit all sizes and makes of paper cutters and guillotines. The units quickly and easily replace existing manual or old automatic systems on existing equipment. The programmable units combine ease of use, reliability and a range of advanced features to simplify the process of setting the required cutting sequence.

COMPUTACUT™  VTX is based on the latest microprocessor technology with an AC drive and motor so there are no motor brushes to replace as is required with DC motors. The touch screen interface makes operation very simple. To simplify installation, the unit is supplied with a complete set of connecting leads with plugs and sockets to prevent wiring mistakes. COMPUTACUT™  VTX has been developed with the input of guillotine operators and has many features to allow easy programming of even the most complex cut sequences.

Operational Features:

• Each cut position can be programmed as:

•Cut with table air on after the cut or turned off
•Clamp only
•Push out

• Job splitter function allows two jobs to be loaded into the system and the operator can switch between the jobs.
• Label function allows a step and repeat pattern to be added easily.
• The operator can use "Mark Only" or "Cut and Mark" functions to set up cut positions.
• Inserting or deleting a step is simple to achieve.
• The system has a Copy function for repeating steps
• Automatic adjustment for sheet stretch or shrinkage
• Full mathematical functions are available:

• Addition
• Subtraction
• Multiply
• Divide

• The job memory system allows jobs with up to 100 steps to be stored.
•Over 200 jobs can be stored and recalled at a later date.
• All the job information can be saved to a PC.
• Port for PC connection for back up.
